How important are your protocols? I know for me personally I need them but don't always get to do them because of our busy schedule so it makes me appreicative to have them. They make me feel owned which I know sounds silly because you would think i should just be glad to know I am owned but I guess helps keeps the head space. So what are some of the things you do that keep you in that head space? Is it kneeling or maybe it's as simple as doing a sunday dinner with Him or Her? What ever it is how important is it to you that you have this in your daily routine?
